Apple Evaluating 3 New iPhone Prototypes. [Rumors]

A Taiwanese website claims that Apple has built three hardware prototypes for its next-generation iPhone, including one model with a slide-out keyboard.

Basically what they’re saying is that Apple has created 3 prototypes for their next generation iPhone. 2 out of the 3 prototypes have a very similar design to the current iPhone 4, but carry hardware enhancements, such as a better camera & a longer battery life. This isn’t very big news. But 1 out of the 3 prototypes actually features a slide-out keyboard. We all knew this was coming sooner or later. With RIM releasing its latest Blackberry, the Torch 9800 which features a touch screen and a keyboard, a couple of months ago, it was obvious that Apple would try and keep up with the competition.

The report also notes that the iPad 2nd generation will feature 2 cameras, one on the back & one on the front, & a high-resolution Retina display, like the iPhone 4 has.

Do you think a keyboard on the iPhone 5 would make it irresistible? Would you like it? Tell us in the comments!
