Apple Enabled iTunes Promotional Codes To Work Outside Of U.S.

It looks as like Apple has finally made it possible for Promotional codes to be used outside of the U.S. This is big news as developers can now get an abundance of more people to test & promote their application. Previously, developers could only send promo codes to people in the U.S. so they were limited with only the American population. But now that Apple enabled promotional codes to be used everywhere in the World, developers will have no limit as to who they want to give a promo code to.

There have also been some issues regarding non-English speaking developers not being able to provide Promo Codes, because of the different languages spoken. Now developers of any language or country can finally supply promo codes to whom ever they want.
